"Shower head is broken, and unless you shower with one hand it stayed at a position for a 4’ tall person. The shower also didn’t drain well. The apartment had misquote problems and we got bit up after killing them each night, the kept coming back. Outside the apartment there is a hostile and it was very dirty with the halls smelling like pee. Staff is amazing and the room was clean and updated."

"The front desk staff were amazing! However, the property could use some help. We stayed on the first and last night's of our trip. The first night the shower leaked everywhere, and the air conditioner barely worked. The second night the shower drained SO slowly. Both nights the rooms were super cute, with a loft area for the kids to sleep in and different decor/themes."

"Sehr zentrale Lage, 3 Minuten zur Metro.
Sehenswürdigkeiten somit sehr schnell und kostengünstig erreichbar.
Pool und Frühstück auf der Dachterasse TOP! Alles wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Für eine Städtetour hervorragend geeignet. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbreites Personal.
Gerne wieder und wird sehr empfohlen!"

"Staff zero friendly, none of the 3 people we saw at the front desk were nice, we didn’t have water on the shower and we needed to ask 3 times to someone come to help, AC poor, room smells old, no hot water after 3 minutes on the shower, area not safe (even the taxi driver recommended not to go out at night).
In Expedia, shuttle service to the airport was part of the benefits. When we asked at the front desk, they said they don’t have this, we had to pay a taxi to go to the airport."

"Room was spacious and clean, however, the cleaning staff missed a room refresh for our room one day which was unexpected. Breakfast was great. Front desk staff were excellent very helpful and worthy of praise for their efforts. The hotel is very close to the train station which is very easy. The street outside of the hotel looks sketchy but never were we scared. The hotel staff did a good job of making us feel safe and we felt secure in our room."

"Marivana, husband and daughters were stupendous. Breakfast was served in the room and delicious (authentic food from the Region). First yogurt at breakfast was extra special as Marivana's younger daughter Fatima created it 😋 😍"

"The room is very close to the train station but the area is very dirty and is in a sketchy part of town. The room was well kept and has a small veranda for 2. The downfall was the bathroom sink had a sewer smell so we had to keep the bathroom light and fan on. We would leave the AC on during the day to help remove the smell and when we were in the room the door to the veranda. Besides the smell the room was nice."

"No WiFi in room 302 though they claim free WiFi. They knew that room never get any WiFi signal, still they lie. Very small shower room, fit for only a lean person. No support from the staff. 11 am in the checkout time, even 10 minutes delay will be charged extra, weird!! I went to this by seeing the brand of Best Western, but felt bad for staying there for 3 days with no WiFi."

"Ineffective check in process. My plane was delayed and arrived at 11pm. No one was there to greet the instructions left on wall outside hotel did not match to open door. We waited 30 to 40 minutes. We knocked, we called property and no response. They charged my bank and I DID NOT STAY at this hotel. Poorly organized."
