Overlooking a secluded courtyard with a large pond, this urban oasis gives you and up to 8 travellers incredible value.

This enormous condo sprawls out over 1400 square feet of interior space, with a massive end-to-end patio on one side, and a gorgeous balcony looking out over a secluded courtyard on another.

You master bedroom features a king size bed, smart TV, and full ensuite washroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and views of the pond. The third bedroom is the perfect office space, and has a futon sofa that folds down into a double bed. The solarium has another double size fold out bed, glass on three sides, and a fireplace - perfect for reading. The guest bathroom is another full bathroom with tons of space. You living room is open, bright, spacious, and features a variety of seating plus the sofa becomes yet another full size bed. The dining table sits to the side, and the full kitchen island leads to a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, stove/over, Nespresso coffee machine (pods included!), and a variety of smaller appliances… and of course everything you need to prepare and serve meals.

Multiple air conditioning units throughout, though the set-up allows for a magnificent cross breeze running through the whole house.

Your first patio is furnished, and has peaceful views south out over the building’s private courtyard focused around a gorgeous pond. Early morning coffee here is ideal, as you forget you are right in the heart of downtown in a major urban center.

The second patio is spectacular, running the full length of the tower. Large outdoor sofas provide one seating area, bar heigh wicker seating at the other end, right next to the brand new Weber propane grill.

Smart TVs in four rooms, an office set up that’s spacious enough for long hours, high speed wifi, streaming services included, and much, much more.

The building itself has a heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, gym, and sauna. 24 hour security is on site, and your free parking space is a numbered, assigned, double-gated spot.

Whether you’re a fan of sunrises or the nightlife, this space has it all. Tastefully decorated, recently renovated, and lacking for nothing. This space is perfect for family groups, work pods, or those just wanting extra space for extended travel.
