  • Completely self-contained, exterior access, separate air-system 1-bedroom suite.

    Bright, newly renovated and fully furnished. Access via side of west side house, has its own separate, private patio. Full kitchenette, bathroom and in-suite laundry. Secure access through private path and patio.

    Convenient location close to 33rd & Mackenzie Street gives you access to shops and transit - 200 feet from bus stop with 1-stop bus to downtown Vancouver, beaches, UBC, Pacific Spirit Park and other great amenities. There is street parking available for 1 vehicle in front of The Suite. More than 1 guest car becomes a little inconvenient for our neighbours, so we ask that if you have a vehicle, that you please park it directly in front of The Suite. City street parking in our neighbourhood is free of charge.

    Radiant floor heating and modern bathroom and kitchen. There's a full fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer in suite.

    Ideally suited for a single or a couple. We are also happy to accommodate couples traveling with a child.

Shawn helped us with everything, and we had some very nice and helpful conversations, including tips for our time in Vancouver. The hosts were fantastic. Quick, easy and friendly check in. Rapid response to anything we needed. It was relaxing peaceful clean quiet private and easy walking distance to great cafes and restaurants. Loves the whole experience

We loved this little spot. It was super comfortable and had everything you could possibly want. It was convenient for us visiting her daughter at university. Highly recommend!

The apt was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to sleep, prepare meals, do laundry and relax. It is in a beautiful, safe neighbourhood near a lovely market and bakery. There was a thoughtful gift waiting for us when we arrived that we really appreciated after a long day of travelling. Our host, Shawn, greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the apt and was available if we needed directions, etc. We enjoyed our stay and would return if ever back in the area and would recommend it to friends and family.

The property is very well appointed and super clean. We find this location convenient for local shopping and restaurants. You can cycle to Granville Island on the Arbutus Greenway. Lovely residential area very quiet away from the busy city centre.

What a lovely stay! Shawn was so welcoming and very helpful with suggestions for the local sights! He was also incredibly responsive to questions via the app. The space is clean and bright, has a well-appointed kitchen and a comfortable bed; everything I need in a stay. It also is in a nice neighborhood that feels very safe and walkable. The bakery down the block is definitely worth trying! Great spot. I'll be back!

We stayed here on an extended vacation so we could discover more of Vancouver. Location is great. It’s a quiet neighborhood but the city is close. We visited mostly parks and breweries while we were there. Shawn was kind and helpful, and we felt welcomed. 10/10

Cherry blossom time

Very comfortable, clean, well equipped and in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood. Great location for us visiting family. Nice little grocery store and 2 bakeries/cafés around the corner. The host, Shawn, was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Just what we wanted for visiting UBC and accessing downtown Vancouver. Hosts were lovely and helpful!
