NUEVA SUITE FEBRERO 2019

Recién completada suite de un dormitorio a nivel de jardín en el corazón de Kitsilano, uno de los barrios más céntricos y divertidos de Vancouver.

Esta suite está ubicada aproximadamente a cuatro pasos de un tranquilo jardín bañado por el sol con cascada, estanques y patio. Los techos son un claro ocho pies en toda la suite. La habitación cuenta con un lujoso colchón tamaño king y un vestidor. La sala de estar incluye un sofá cama tamaño queen, una acogedora chimenea eléctrica y Smart TV de 50 ". La cocina está bien equipada con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos y lavadora y secadora privadas. El baño incluye bañera grande y todos los accesorios nuevos. La cocina, el baño y la entrada tienen calefacción por suelo radiante y la suite tiene sus propios controles de calor independientes. La cocina está bien equipada con todo lo necesario para su estadía.

IMPUESTOS
Para reservas de 27 noches o menos, estamos obligados a cobrar el 8% del Impuesto Provincial de Ventas (PST) y el 3% del Impuesto del Distrito Regional Municipal (MRDT) -Vancouver. Lovely Kitsilano suite

Very clean and comfortable, including a comfortable king bed. Very well equipped kitchen. Great location. Easy parking on street. Great area and lovely streets for walking and running. The hosts are very helpful and welcoming.

Great stay in Kitsilano

This is an excellent basement apartment with plenty of windows to let in natural light. The apartment itself is well organized, clean and it has all the amenities. it is also tastefully decorated and it within walking distance of many parks along English Bay, and also close to great restaurants and coffee shops.

Excellent Accommodation in Kitsilano

We had a fantastic holiday in Vancouver to visit family and the Kitsilano Oasis did not disappoint. Our hosts were always available to answer questions, the suite was spotless and comfy and the back yard was lovely especially as spring was bursting at the seams. The location was in walking distance of many local amenities and there was easy parking available on the street. We will book again!

Kitsilano retreat

We loved our second stay at Neil and Heidi’s VRBO. We managed to escape a large snowfall at home and the little bit of rain we had while in Vancouver was bearable. The cherry blossoms and flowers made up for the rain. Will definitely return.

The basement apartment was clean and comfortable and worked very well for me. There is plenty of natural light in the space.It’s walking distance to many restaurants and shops along Broadway.Parking was always available right in front of the house.

Quiet and lovely home away from home

Another Great Stay!

This was our second stay at Neil and Heidi’s place and it was superb again. The suite is spotlessly clean and is ideal for a short or longer stay. The bed and linens are wonderful and the neighbourhood is absolutely quiet at night. The suite is ideally located … a 20 minute drive from the airport, in a quiet residential area (nice for evening walks.) Grocery stores and nice neighbourhood restaurants are close by, even walkable. 4th Avenue shopping is a short (5-10 minute) drive. We won’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended.

Outstanding experience

The Kitsilano Guest Suite is perfect for a couple. The owners have created a very comfortable space with all the necessary amenities. The suite was impeccably clean, well furnished, fully equipped, centrally located and a pleasure to stay in. We will definitely return!

Walkable Kitsilano Neighborhood in Vancouver BC

I arrived on a rainy Wednesday, dripping wet and so glad to step into a quiet, warm and inviting guest suite. I communicated with my hosts all week, especially after an unexpected power outage and internet interruption. A few details: the bed (in the bedroom) is wonderful. So nice to snuggle under the duvet at the end of the day. My daughter visited me--from Seattle--and when she came into the guest suite, exclaimed "this is like being at YOUR house!" which is really a testament to how comfortable and homey it truly is. Every detail is lovingly attended to, there's a lovely electric fireplace, etc. The kitchen is well stocked with amenities (non-food, I mean to say), and on that score, there are at least 3 grocery stores within walking distance, one a gluten-free healthy one with at least 6 different soups daily. There is a beautiful patio garden with a pond, however since it is smack in the middle of autumn I didn't spend much time out there....so, to sum up--and I'm not sure I can!--this was a marvelous home away from home for me. This “Oasis” is in the quiet and convenient ideal residential area, where most people probably want to live once in their lives. Very clean, new, safe, and comfortable suite well equipped with necessary things to stay. Neil & Heidi are professional hosts. We soon understood why this suite has so many 5-star reviews. Hidden gem

A wonderful spot in a quiet neighbourhood, but easily walkable to lots of shops and restaurants. The patio was lovely. The kitchen was extremely well stocked: Neil and Heidi have thought of everything.

Excellent neighborhood & place

We really enjoyed the neighborhood (Kitsilano) and the space was perfect for us - comfortable for two adults. It's very well designed, spacious and had all the amenities and resources we need. Neil & Heidi were absolutely delightful as we had the opportunity to bump into both of them and enjoyed our brief discussions. Would definitely recommend staying here (they have great tips on local restaurants and coffee spots and there is a fantastic bakery just a few blocks away!).

Neil and Heidi thought of everything when they designed this lower level suite. It was homey, well-outfitted and chic. I travel a lot and this is by far the most enjoyable stay I've had in a rental apartment, including how centrally located it is in a lovely walkable neighbourhood. I only booked two nights and would have loved to have stayed longer. I will be back.

It’s all true

Neil and Heidi were wonderful hosts. Very responsive at all points. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed. The patio was beautiful and a lovely place for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. It’s a very safe neighborhood and we walked everywhere. Great restaurants and shopping. This property is so clean and inviting! It has all the amenities we wanted (including a dishwasher and room to unpack). It’s in an upscale neighborhood close to locally owned restaurants and grocery stores. We especially enjoyed eating dinner at Folke, an all vegan restaurant, and getting to-go from Nuba (Lebanese) in Kitsilano. The hosts made us feel welcomed and appreciated, and we truly appreciated their effort!

Accommodation in Vancouver

The house was very clean and very well fitted out with plenty of utensils, towels etc. The location was good as it was a short walk to shops, cafes, restaurants and more than 2 bus routes. Access to the city centre was easy and we bought/used a card which eased paying for bus journeys. For us, over 60, it was only $2+ per trip. The garden was beautiful with easy access, but not too private if the landlord was out in his part of the garden. There was a BBQ with fuel and utensils. The only minus point we have is that the description of the apartment which was a good size for 1 or 2 persons. It was not really a "garden" apartment. It was below ground level and therefore a "basement" apartment which required lights on most of the day. Despite the lighting issue we have given it a high rating because it was very well fitted out/ clean and comfortable.

Great place in Kitsilano

We had a wonderful time in Vancouver and the garden suite was a great home base to explore the city, surrounding neighborhoods, and UBC. It is convenient to transit that runs frequently that will take you anywhere in the city, close to restaurants and fun retail, and walking distance to the water. Heidi and Neil have created a welcoming space with everything you need for a great stay!
