Welcome to your home in the sky! This gorgeous home has the most stunning views of the water from every room!



Centrally located! Steps to trendy Gastown, restaurants, Rogers Arena, BC place, attractions, and Seawall.



The building features some of the best amenities in town:

Indoor pool, hot tub, dry and steam saunas, fully equipped gym, and a private garden for guests.



Secured underground parking and 24hr concierge.



The Space:

Enjoy the beautiful view of the iconic Canada Place, downtown, and water from every room. Decorated with style, our goal is to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable



The unit is stocked with towels, shampoo, soap, kitchenware, ironing board, hairdryer, and everything that might be available in a Hotel!



Other Things to Note:

Sofa bed Use:

Kindly note that there will be a linen charge for using the sofa bed. Please inform us in advance as our cleaning company requires this information.



Crib and Highchair:

We offer the option of renting a pack 'n play and highchair for an additional fee.



Please note we do not refund credit card processing fee for eligible refunds .



Pool and Hot Tub will be closed from Jan 30th 2026 until the first week of March 2026.



Portable AC:

Please Note that for summer months there will be 2 portable AC units in the apartment which means that there will be 2 windows open with the AC hose outside.



We are fully licensed and are allowed to do short term rentals.

We stayed here on a work trip and it was absolutely perfect. An incredible oasis to come home too at the end of very busy days. The view is absolutely astonishing to wake up to, and you can see it from both bedrooms, the kitchen, and the living area. The pool and Jacuzzi are fantastic amenities and far exceed normal apartment pools. The keypad on the apartment door is quite finicky and takes some practice and patience to know figure it out, but that was the only thing. We look forward to staying here again!

Excellent Stay

Loved our stay! Had all of our needs in a very convenient location. Check in is a bit tricky with a car but the instructions were very clear. Felt very safe. Convenient dining nearby. Bedrooms were quite bright at night for our toddler but that’s common in city apartments and a pack and play cover did the job. Would absolutely stay again.

Amazing views!

This was our first time to Vancouver and after this trip, we’ll definitely be back and will be booking this unit again! The booking process was smooth and the host was super nice and very communicative throughout. Unit has amazing views (especially from the balcony), was clean/updated, in a secure building, and in a great location to explore. Though we had a car, you really don’t need one as there is a metro station right around the corner plus there are so many things to do/see within walking distance or a quick Uber ride (though I probably wouldn’t walk around by myself later at night in the Gastown area, but that still didn’t detract from the unit or trip). The previous reviews are what helped me decide to book this unit so I’m trying to do my part and help spread the word! :)

Vancouver Vacation Stay

A very good experience - great stay at this amazing 35th floor 2 bedroom apartment with a living room pull out couch bed that was actually comfortable!!! Stunning views, great communication from the Owner and a very secure, safe building with secure underground parking. Being right next to the Skytrain was a big plus for us, and being walking distance to all kinds of amenities is tough to beat! We will rent this again!

central location

We really enjoyed our stay here and would consider staying again. The location was very central and extremely close to public transportation. We felt fairly safe walking around in the evenings, but I'm not sure I would have felt that way if I had been alone. The unit was very clean and had beautiful views over the city. We were disappointed that we were not able to use the pool as it was closed for maintenance. It would have been nice to have been informed of this before making the booking, as this was a scheduled project. The microwave did not work, nor did the plug in the bathtub. I contacted the owner about this. Based on other comments, it sounds like this has been an issue for others which is very easily solved with a new rubber gasket to seal the plug. It would have also been helpful to have some written information in the apartment on how to use the TV and other general information for reference. Overall though, it was a lovely place and we had a lovely stay.

The view was spectacular and I loved the location.

Just off the border of China Town and Gas Town and a couple minute walk to any form of public transportation with incredible views, this is the perfect place to stay. And then add coffee shops right out the door and several grocery stores and a variety of restaurants within 1/2 mile, this was perfect for us. It was even easy for me to get in a 5k run with minimal stops. There are some homeless human beings around but they were not a nuisance except to your heart that it exists. Inside was clean, comfortable and roomy for the 3 of us. Mattresses are comfortable too. Bathrooms are nice with hot water immediately available. I couldn’t get the tub to hold water. It was a push drain stopper and I think the seal is missing. So, if the tub is important to you (big modern tub) make sure it’s working. I feel I had a fair deal for the price. Would stay there again.

Great Downtown Location

The condo worked great for our family. It was located where we could walk to about anything we wanted to see in the city. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. It was nice having a bakery so close in the am! Communication was great & even though the parking was a process, we appreciated feeling safe.
