Access to your suite is 100% private. Self check-in with keyless door lock. Guests enjoy the whole guest suite exclusively and nothing is shared. The guest suite includes a living room with sofa bed, 2 Queens in bedroom, a kitchenette (Almost everything you need), and a full bathroom.

Step into our cozy studio suite in Vancouver’s Shaughnessy, complete with its own private entrance and a welcoming garden outlook. Inside, you’ll find two queen beds topped with memory foam mattress pads for cloud‑like comfort, plus a TV and reliable Wi‑Fi to keep you connected. A compact kitchenette with essentials makes it easy to prepare simple meals during your stay, and a washer is available for added convenience.

The suite stays naturally cool even in summer, though please note there is no air conditioning. This property is also an active filming location—while we block dates for crews, you may occasionally see film sets or activity outside. If you require absolute quiet, this may not be the right fit, but many guests enjoy the unique cinematic atmosphere. We also have a old friendly big dog might be visiting the property from time to time.

A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form on the property ( E-cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No pets allowed
- No parking on drive way
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9:30 pm to 7:30 am
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.
- Only registered guests are allowed; any unapproved additional overnight guests will incur extra‑person fees
