Viaje en familia con niños pequeños

We chose this property for its proximity to the Cancer Lodge, which was important for our family in this difficult time. The space itself seemed fine for two adults and a toddler, but upon arrival, we quickly realized the neighborhood felt unsafe.
We planned to cook most of our meals but found only one decent frying pan and a very small pot. The rest of the cookware was unusable, with literal rust inside. If you plan to cook or stay longer, I’d avoid this property.
There were also no face cloths, which was fine - we adapted by just using our shower towels, but later the landlord accused us of staining a towel with a face mask—though later she found the residue washed off easily...I couldn’t fully rinse a large towel in the sink, so some of the face mask stayed behind on the towel.
The landlord also complained when my terminally ill father visited for a final meal and a few beers. This was a compassionate family gathering, not an overnight stay.
Our biggest concern was safety—one morning, we woke to a crime scene with a deceased person right outside.
Lastly, the landlord complained about a sticky residue on the rug (caused by plain bread my toddler ate). Without a vacuum, we couldn’t fully clean it, but this was blown out of proportion.
While the location was convenient, the unsafe surroundings, limited kitchenware, and landlord issues mean we wouldn’t stay here again.
