Welcome to our home! We hope you enjoy our OPEN CONCEPT floor plan with CITY & MOUNTAIN VIEWS, 2.5 bedrooms and 2 full bathroom. Well stocked, timeless kitchen feat appliances & wine fridge. Wake up and brew a cup of coffee. Dine el fresco on the deck. Enjoy 5-star amenities: Lap pool, hot tub, sauna and gym, 24hr on-site security. Situated in Downtown you are steps to the Skytrain, Costco, Rogers Arena, BC Place & QE Theatre, Gastown, False creek, great restaurants & more!

The suite is close to 1000 sq ft
A master bedroom equipped with a king size bed and ensuite full bathroom with soaker tub (Sleeps 2)
A secondary room with queen size bed (Sleeps 2)
A smaller third room can only fit a single bed (Sleeps 1)
If you require the use of the sofa bed, please let us know ahead of time to set it up. (Sleeps 1)
Upon request, prior to check in, playpen available for your stay. Please let us know upon booking.

Ashley was excellent to communicate with! Great details on how to access the unit, had maps, plenty of dishes in the kitchen. The location is perfect! Within walking distance to lots of things…. Great restaurants, great coffee shop, Asian market that also serves hot food and Some wonderful restaurants. There’s even a Costco just around the corner. Others complained about hearing the lite rail go by. Didn’t bother us at all (we used air conditioning so had the windows closed). Speaking of air conditioning, we were surprised that it wasn’t central air. It was a portable unit in the living room. We turned it on when we arrived (6pm) and it took until the middle of the night for the condo to cool down. Kitchen well stocked. Felt safe. Would definitely stay there again!

Great location no AC

This was in the perfect location for us. It was close to great restaurants, shopping, and sights. The building was in a safe area although there were a few homeless people in the plaza. We never felt unsafe. The condo itself was clean. We would have appreciated a few more towels and we had to buy additional toilet paper. The main comment I have is that the unit does not have AC as listed. This was fine for us has the weather was mild except for the first night when we arrived. We could not find anything on the thermostat that indicated air conditioning or any window units, so I would just think twice if you're there when it's very hot. We opened windows and there was a nice cross breeze so we were fine. Overall we had a great time and this was a great location.

Spring break getaway

This condo was perfect for a short 3-day trip to Vancouver. Thanks to the previous reviews we rented a small SUV and it fit fine in the parking garage space. Our kids loved pool/hot tub/sauna area as well as the Asian market.There was a mix up during check-in with what the process was to access the building and parking garage, but the host was very responsive and helped us gain access quickly. This area is very walkable and the weather was perfect. The half bedroom was great for our young son. It’s probably not large enough for a large adult, but it feels bright and open. We had everything we needed during our stay.

Great location, walkable to downtown Vancouver

Overall, we really liked the property. Two of the three bedrooms were a really good size, but the third one was very small (about the size of a bed). We liked that there were two showers, but the one in the master suite was part of a taller step-in tub and felt a little unsafe for us. After one shower in it, we opted to bump into the other shower, which was a great walk-in. We would stay here again, no doubt.

In the middle of everything, but...

We enjoyed the proximity to everything, and the fact that we had nice views of the city in a very secure building. It really is in the middle of the city. One thing that I think is useful to note, though, is that the place is VERY CLOSE to the Chinatown metro station: so close that you can easily hear the metro arrive and leave every couple of minutes from early in the morning until late in the evening, even with the windows closed. The sound is not so audible from the master bedroom, but is quite load in the other two sleeping rooms. Also, your host requests that shoes not be worn inside, but there is a nice place to put them just inside the door.

Great Downtown Location

We chose this location based on a concert we were seeing at Roger's arena. Super close walking distance to amenities. There was lots of extra secure paid parking on site. The parking garage and finding the garbage room were a bit of a maze. Was nice and clean with full kitchen. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Awesome property and locations , , , only slight issue is for those who will be parking a vehicle

Had a great stay in this unit. Property (and the views especially) are incredible. Could not be more happy with the unit itself, the management, the great facilities, and the location. Also a fair rate for all this. The only less-than 5 star issue is the parking in the basement. Now for most guests, this is a non-issue. (The subway is just steps away, and there are tons of things to do within walking distance.) But my party was traveling across BC and we thus had a rental car. Getting in and out of the labyrinth of a garage here was not easy: There are multiple gates, fob codes to keep track of, start/stop protocols, confusing signage, and then a really narrow reserved spot (which is very difficult to squeeze into without scraping your vehicle on the pillar that is right up to the edge of the parking space). None of these parking issues are the fault of the owner or the management or VBRO. It just is what it is. So if you will be parking a car here - keep all this in mind. Regardless, it is a fantastic stay. Would love to return. But without a rental car next time!

Met our needs

Traveled for a concert at Rogers Arena and the property is in close proximity to the arena which was helpful. The positives…the property was clean, checkin was simple and we had great communication with host. What could be improved…add bath mats, extra towels, and appropriate bins for the recycling program indicated in the property manual. Other observations…the space is functional but not very comfortable if you will be spending time on property. The AC is a portable unit that barely cools the main room and definitely not the bedrooms which should only impact summer travelers.

Great stay in Vancouver!

We had a great time staying at Ashley's place in Vancouver! The condo was in a good location and very accessible to all that Vancouver has to offer (Stanley Park, Granville Island, Rogers Center, BC Place, etc.). Also very close to airport and public transportation. Within walking distance of great restaurants and nightlife. Condo was very clean and beds were comfortable.
