Welcome to our newly renovated walk-out basement short-term rental suite! This spacious suite offers a comfortable stay with its one bedroom, open concept living room, and full bathroom. All rooms boast large windows, allowing ample natural light to fill the space and create a bright and inviting atmosphere.

Although there is no kitchen available, we have provided a mini fridge and a small microwave for your convenience. If you're looking to explore local culinary delights, you're in luck! The suite is conveniently located close to many excellent restaurants, giving you easy access to delicious dining options.

Getting around is a breeze, thanks to the suite's proximity to transit. Hop on a bus, and you'll find yourself in downtown Vancouver in no time. Additionally, the central location of the suite means that within a 20-minute drive, you can reach the airport, downtown, and nearby cities. Grocery stores, car rental services, and additional restaurants are all within walking distance, making your day-to-day needs easily accessible.

To enhance your entertainment options, we've provided a Smart TV with streaming subscriptions, so you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies during your stay.

It's important to note that our family and kids live upstairs, so there may be occasional noise when the kids are home. However, rest assured that the kids are in full-time school and daycare, minimizing any disturbances during your stay.

At check-out, you'll be pleased to know that there are no chores for you to worry about. You just need to clean after yourself then simply pack up and relax, as we've taken care of all the cleaning.

This property looked just as cute and homey as the pictures. The pillows were nice and comfy, and the bathroom was very clean! It was just a 6 min walk from a bakery, which meant delicious breakfast. Easy to check in and clear check-out instructions. Great place!

Clean, small, cozy place

I was happy with how clean the place was. It was definitely small. The bed was very comfortable. Felt very secure. Was not able to change the heat in the space so felt a bit warmer than I would have liked, but was not enough of an issue for me to mention. Overall was happy with my stay.

As expected

Perfect spot for a quick weekend in Vancouver. I wasn’t focused on being downtown (in town for a cycling event) and the space was just right for me to have a small breakfast and then be away for the day. Location was a quiet neighborhood with no problem parking, and the family upstairs was barely noticeable.

Great Host!

I was with my partner and my 4 month old baby and we very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The suite was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Tiffany, the host, was incredibly accommodating and kind. She answered questions very quickly and was great at checking in with us (through the app) while also respecting our privacy, and even offered a baby bouncer chair for my baby! We highly recommend this property.
