The house is located in the heart of the Montafon, above Schruns at approx. 1000 metres above sea level. From there you can enjoy an unforgettable view of Schruns and the surrounding mountains, such as the Hochjoch or the Drei Türme, by day or night. The Golm ski area is approx. 500m away and the bus stop is approx. 70m away. In good snow conditions it is possible to ski down to the house. In summer, the Golm mountain offers ideal hiking and trekking opportunities, as well as special attractions such as the high ropes course, Alpine Coaster and Flying Fox.
