The holiday home has a magnificent sea view and a large outdoor area, perfect for al fresco dining or a barbecue with family or friends.
The luxuriant Mediterranean scrub surrounds the whole area and allows you to enjoy its natural scents of rosemary, juniper and strawberry tree.

Villa Corbezzolo Giallo is a villa of modern design, quality furniture and decoration in marine style. This villa has a wonderful view over the sea and is constructed in a typical Sardinian style, located in a unique position just in front of the pool. The shared pool is surrounded by the red granite rocks with its strange figures scarved by the wind.

The location is very quiet and suitable for families. There are 2 double bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen and spacious living area. This holiday house is located on the northern coast of Sardinia in Costa Paradiso. The next airport and port is Olbia which is in 85 km or Alghero in 95 km. Costa Paradiso is easily accessible by car and is located on the panoramic road leading from Santa Teresa to Castelsardo. The village is considered a natural park and is famous for its unique wild nature, rose rocks of amazing forms scarved by the wind and cristal clear waters.Costa Paradiso is a good point to discover the North of Sardinia with the best beaches of Sardinia like Li Cossi, Rena Majore, Porto Pollo, Lu Litarroni, Capo Testa, Valle della Luna and its charming small towns like Tempio, Aggius, Palau, Arzachena.

Peaceful and beautiful Costa Paradiso

We had a wonderful time. Family of 5 adults. We loved the rocky scenery, nice pool, the view and the terrace (as it was mostly in the shadow and it was very hot.) The area is quite and beautiful. There is a few good restaurants nearby, a supermarket (7 min. drive) and serveral beautiful rocky beaches for swimming nearby (5 min.drive). Boat rental nearby (we recommend that). If you are looking for party and nights out, this is not the right place. We loved it here! The kitchen was very small but it worked fine. Only 2 sun beds for the 5 of us. It could have been nice with cleaning during the week, but we knew that, so no problem. The 5 person sleeps in the living room, which was no problem for us. Not possible to walk to the beach and supermarket, which we knew. The place is just like the fotos.

La maison est très en ordre et parfaitement adaptée à la location saisonnière.

Cette maison est certainement la mieux placée parmi le petit hameau de maisonnette que constitue l’ensemble. L’espace autour de la maison, son positionnement, les perspectives et le barbecue privatif font la différence. La prise en charge du client se fait très bien par l’intermédiaire de Sardegna Unlimitied et son employée ´Rina ‘ , que nous remercions vivement.

Logement parfaitement propre et bien entretenu. Suffisamment de matériel de cuisine. Vue exceptionnelle et magnifique depuis la terrasse et la piscine. Environnement très calme, jour et nuit. Excellent séjour.

Fantastisk ferie i rolige og natur skønne omgivelser. Vi kan varmt anbefale Denne feriebolig

Stor og rummelig feriebolig, udstyret med alt hvad man har behov for. Især de to badeværelser har vi været glade for. Poolen var dejlig og ren. Naboerne var venlige og naturen og ikke mindst udsigten er fantastisk.

First class location, but some minor problems

Property location was superb, and overall property was great, especially since other villas were mostly unoccupied in last week of June/ first week of July so we had the pool to ourselves mostly. This was most welcome as there was a heat wave with temps reaching upper 30 degrees. The 5th bed in the lounge is only suitable if you are around 5 foot 5 or less, so be aware. Lack of toaster which was listed was disappointing and although the agent promised to come back on this she never did, and there was no hairdryer or kettle(we bought one). Airconditioning was absolutely great to have but we had to buy batteries for the remores. I also had to find the gas to turn this on myself for the cooker. The rooms were great and bathrooms more than adequate. The kitchen is on the small side but there is an outside BBQ which we made use of regularly. Would like to return one day

Beau paysage "rocheux"!

Moi, mon mari et notre fils avons passé 4 nuits dans cette villa "privée". Sa position est phénoménale, car elle est entourée de rochers rougeâtres caractéristiques tout en offrant une vue sur la mer. Nous avons également réussi à manger à l'extérieur, au moins pour le déjeuner, car la soirée était un peu froide, mais je n'ose pas imaginer ce que c'est en été, avec ces magnifiques couchers de soleil. Nous reviendrons certainement pour le vérifier!

Toller Meerblick und atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge!!

In unserem Kurzurlaub konnten wir von der großen Terrasse der Villa aus spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge bewundern. Großartiger und komfortabler Ort. Wir hatten auch einen Grill, sehr praktisch für die Zubereitung von schönen Barbecues. Unser Kind genießt die ganze Zeit im Pool, der, auch wenn es ein Gemeinschaftspool ist, an diesen Tagen nur von unserer Gruppe genutzt wurde. Die positiven Seiten der Buchung in der Nebensaison! Die Mitarbeiter von Sardinia Unlimited waren sehr nett und professionell, ich mochte sie so sehr. Ich denke, dass ich wieder mit ihnen buchen werde. Vielen danke!

Wonderful!

It was a very nice stay. We arrived in the night and a kind person, Rina, welcome us and stay with us to give all the usefull information even if it was very late. In the villa there is a shared big pool and a very nice patio from where you sea the sea. We would like to come back to th esame house next Summer to stay longer!

tolle Lage tolle Aussicht gemütliches Haus

Costa Paradiso ist einfach immer schön. Die atemberaubenden Klippen, das türkisgrüne Meer, Restaurants und Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf sind vor Ort. Das passt alles gut zusammen.
