"I had a great stay at West Philadelphia Modern Hotel and Suites. The room was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The space felt fresh, quiet, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby areas of the city. I especially appreciated the secure entry and the overall feeling of safety throughout the property. Communication from the host was clear...

"It’s a good place, with a wonderfull personal, but the área is surrounder for Homless that let us feel a little bit insecure. But was a good stay "

"The comforter was soiled with hair and yellow stains. When we took the comforter off the bed, there was no top sheet. So nothing to cover ourselves while sleeping. There were no extra sheets and not even a blanket. In the bathroom there were no hand towels and just two wimpy bath towels. When we arrived there was only a 1/4 roll of toilet paper and no extra. We got there at night and were only staying for one night so no time to buy anything. The couch looked like it was from 1970 and was dirty....

"The host Jeanette was lovely, attentive but never intrusive. Breakfasts were delicious and nicely presented at the 12 seat table — every day we had a different entree and a good selection of fruit plus homemade sweet bread! The room was great. The bed was very comfy. had an en suite bathroom, which was important to me. The house itself is amazing! Lots of beautifully furnished rooms downstairs that guests are allowed to use and even a little pantry with bottles of water and a keurig coffeemaker...
