The place was really nice. The host was also really nice and helpful. I really appreciate the host communicating and working with me for my stay . It would have been nice to have more than one towel and wash cloths due to the length of the stay.

☆a/c broken ☆street parking in gang neighborhood ☆tenants smoke weed all day ☆neighbors party all night ☆ TOILET only 4 INCHES from WALL on 2 sides & 5 inches from door on 3rd side making it unable to sit on toilet if you are over 4 FEET TALL ☆

Nice and clean perfect size for one person. Loved that there where dishes, utensils, towels. Had a great trip.

Sheets were stained. There were no forks in the cabinet to use. The bathroom was tiny, I'm only 5'4 and when I sat on the toilet my knees were touching the wall. I had to sit sideways on it. The bath cabinet had no door on it. The towel rack was broken. There was one bath towel it was thin and cheap. No wash cloth. No dish soap to do the dishes. Just all around awful. Didn't mention hidden damage fee of $200(what a joke) until I had already booked room. Then you get a welcome email asking for another $200 after you've already paid. Don't stay here, wouldn't recommend.

The studio is nice, clean, comfortable. It's quiet & peaceful inside. The bathroom is small. The room door lock needs maintenance. Transportation options is very convenient only a few mins walking distance. I had no issues. The only thing is I haven't received the Deposit back or even heard back from the host yet.

On the cusp of a not so good part of Philly but it was peaceful quiet clean and convenient. Inside was impeccably clean.

Room was unclean. Do not stay here if you're looking for a positive experience. Still waiting to receive my incidental deposit back from the property days after checkout. Do not recommend.

My stay here was exceptional to say the least. The amenities were on point and the host was amazing. Honestly I never had any issues with anything during my stay. One of the things that I liked most was that the host was able to extend my stay which made all the difference during my transition. The location was peaceful, clean and secure. Anyone looking for a nice quiet place to relax and enjoy your time in Philadelphia, this is by far would be my top pick for you.. Definitely will visit again in the future. Thank you!

Please be aware of the following the sheets and bedspread were nasty, not sanitized and smelled like some else. Hair and small black beads from someone's body rolling in the sheets. I texted the person the videos no reply at all. That someone would come to assist with bringing new sheets or bedspread. Two days later we get a knock on the door from someone asking did we need anything. Due to the location of this property, we did not open the door, as we were not given notice that someone would be coming to knock on the door. I had the inconvenience of going to purchase new sheets for our five day stay. The Worst! There was no turntable in the microwave, handles were hanging off the cabinets, one bath towel, two hand towels; this reservation was for two persons. The sky view was the neighbor's house in the West Philly area. Trash can outside was filled to the rim, just smelly and nasty. On Friday, we open the door there is a shut off notice from the water department that they have been trying to reach the owner. I would not recommend this property, the communication, the nasty sheets. The fact that I had to purchase new sheets that I did not need was more than something we needed to spend money on, Buyer beware!

The outside of the property is nice. Keypad to enter. I didn’t receive the keypad code until I sent an additional $200 deposit. There was a sticky puddle on the floor of the main hallway. My unit in particular had a small bathroom but I had to poop sideways (literally legs hanging off the side) because there isn’t any leg space to properly place yourself. Bed was nice and I wanted to enjoy the space but there was not a remote to use the television. Got locked out of the entire unit for two days because the battery on the outside keypad died. The owner did not ever fix the problem, (just had someone in the unit unlock from the inside) so of course I got locked out again. Unfortunately, my 2nd time getting locked out was around 10pm so I had to sleep in my car all night. After spending morning calling both Expedia and the unit owner, the door was unlocked again (from the inside) around 10:45am and my checkout time was 11:00am. Very very terrible experience.
