"We had a great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay.
The location was perfect—so close to the beach and within easy walking distance of stores and restaurants. We loved being able to walk everywhere and enjoy the ocean right outside our door.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!"

"We were in room 242, not really clean, there was alot of dirt under the bed, under the desk area there was garbage, just little pieces, but obviously not cleaned. The shower head was really poor, so small for such a large bathroom. No firepits as advertised. The front desk knew nothing about firepits. We could only use the indoor pool, that's poor. Would I stay here again, probably not and I love Hyatt. We paid a premium price during off season and didn't get premium."

"Extremely disappointing stay.
Our first night at the Country Inn Hotel in Ocean Beach City, Room 212, was a nightmare. We found a bunch of bed bugs on our pillows. I have attached photos and videos as proof.
We immediately contacted reception, but we were told there were no available rooms and nothing could be done. There was no manager on duty, only one receptionist, and we spent over two hours at the lobby waiting for a solution, while my two-year-old baby sleeping on my...

Asked a room attendant if I could leave the key in room as I was leaving, she said yes. Later asked the front desk and they said I would have to turn in the key at the end of my stay. Had to wait 10 minutes for desk personnel to appear at check out."
