"The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is generally very friendly. However, the rooms need maintenance, and there are several aspects of the service that could be improved.
Throughout my entire stay, I requested every day that the drains be checked and unclogged, as both the sink and the shower were giving off a very unpleasant smell, especially at night. Unfortunately, my requests were never addressed.
I also asked for the missing vanity mirror to be reinstalled in the room, but this was never taken care of either.
Furthermore, although the staff is very friendly, some employees do not follow through on their responsibilities. For example, when I asked the concierge for a recommendation for a good lunch spot, he simply directed me to the shopping mall and told me to choose any restaurant there, without offering a specific recommendation.
Another major issue was the internet connection. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and did not work as it should. Throughout my entire stay, I was unable to participate in a single video conference due to the poor connection, which was extremely inconvenient.
Overall, the hotel is beautiful and the staff is courteous, but the lack of attention to guests’ requests and certain maintenance issues significantly affect the overall experience."
