"Lovely property and amenities and very helpful staff. Only"

"The room was beautiful, we were upgraded to a full ocean view which was stunning. Room was large, clean and well equipped. The staff were kind and very helpful."

"Excellent! Close proximity to Ala Moana Mall and Magic Island. The staff is amazing!"

"The customer service was out of this world 5 star."

"This review is about a specific room I booked on Expedia. It was on the ground floor, at the end of a hallway. The room itself was fine, probably like all other rooms. However, it only had a small window facing onto the sidewalk and most of that window was covered by a panel masked with what looked like fake green leaves. I stayed for a night, so it wasn't an issue, but if you stay for longer, know that there is almost no daylight in that room. I am surprised that such a room even exists in the...

"Beautiful view and great beaches!"

"Everything was perfect."

"The hotel is really ideally located on the Beach Walk, which is lined with shops and restaurants to make your stay convenient. It is just minutes from the beach, literally three blocks to a nice, sandy, easy swimming stretch of sand and sea. "Our fav spot!"

"Check in and valet were excellent. Room view of the mountains was great."

"Amazing stay at Ilikai Hotel & Luxury Suites! The room was comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the valet parking service was excellent. Everything was wonderful, and we had a great experience with our family. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!"

"The room was spotless and pristine, just like a model home, and the ocean view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. Everything was exactly as we had hoped! We were traveling with my in-laws, so the peaceful location a little away from the busy town center was perfect for us. They were absolutely blown away by the beauty of the place, saying, “This is paradise! Did we somehow end up in heaven?” It was wonderful to see them so happy! I would definitely come back for our next trip :)"

"My stay at Calle Flora was great, but it was made even more amazing by a staff member by the name of Angelica. Angelica made sure to accommodate my request. She pointed out great restaurants and attractions in the area and region. She is bilingual, which was a huge plus for me given that I am English-speaking. When you visit, make sure to ask for Angelica! Beyond the exceptional hospitality, the hotel itself is top-tier. Located right in the heart of El Poblado, the modern design, comfortable...
