"Lovely property and amenities and very helpful staff. Only"

"The room was beautiful, we were upgraded to a full ocean view which was stunning. Room was large, clean and well equipped. The staff were kind and very helpful."

"Excellent! Close proximity to Ala Moana Mall and Magic Island. The staff is amazing!"

"This was our first trip to Hawai’i and we were so glad we chose the Outrigger Reef Waikiki! I first want to mention the Hawaiian music from local artists that occurred in the Kani Ka Pila Grill, the front bar and restaurant area. You could sit at a table or the bar area to listen or also enjoy the music from the beautiful pool area. The other restaurant, Monkeypod Kitchen, also had live music daily, as well as delicious food and Mai Tais. All of the staff we met were friendly and helpful, and...

"Very clean hotel, super friendly staff, service was excellent. I would stay again!"

"This is a huge resort with two restaurants. Rumfire is ok, its the other one that was the problem. We all ended up in the hospital with food poisoning. The resort took no accountability."

"We had a beautiful stay overall, Breakfast was great! They had staff preparing eggs to order, There were also yogurts, pancakes, fresh fruit, and plenty of other options for the kids, which we really appreciated as a family. Unfortunately, the evening snacks and drinks were underwhelming. One night, they offered nachos, but the chips were stale, and they ran out of cheese so quickly that I had to ask for more. It took a very long time for them to replenish it, which was disappointing. The pool...

"The hotel is really ideally located on the Beach Walk, which is lined with shops and restaurants to make your stay convenient. The room was well-equipped, as it is technically a time-share, so it has a small kitchen. My friend and I needed two rooms, so we turned the living room, using the fold out bed, into a second bedroom. The bathroom was HUGE! I thoroughly enjoyed the deep...

"Our fav spot!"

"Check in and valet were excellent. Room view of the mountains was great."

"Amazing stay at Ilikai Hotel & Luxury Suites! The room was comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the valet parking service was excellent. Everything was wonderful, and we had a great experience with our family. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!"

"The room was spotless and pristine, just like a model home, and the ocean view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. Everything was exactly as we had hoped! We were traveling with my in-laws, so the peaceful location a little away from the busy town center was perfect for us. They were absolutely blown away by the beauty of the place, saying, “This is paradise! Did we somehow end up in heaven?” It was wonderful to see them so happy! I would definitely come back for our next trip :)"
