Una hermosa villa de estilo canario recientemente renovada en las afueras de Puerto del Carmen. La casa principal tiene 5 dormitorios y cuatro baños y puede alojar hasta 10 personas. Para grupos de más de 10 personas, hay un apartamento adicional de 1 dormitorio con sofá cama en el que pueden dormir hasta 4 personas más. A poca distancia de los principales servicios.

Para fiestas menores de 10 personas, el anexo está disponible por un cargo adicional.

De acuerdo con la política de Vrbo, informamos a nuestros clientes que la propiedad está actualmente a la venta; sin embargo, no tenemos prisa por vender e informaremos sobre cualquier reserva existente lo antes posible si las circunstancias cambian. Best holiday yet

We have just got home from a brilliant stay at this villa. There were 13 of us (2 families) and the villa was perfect. Absolutely stunning. The pool was a great size for all our kids. The trampoline and the computer room kept the boys busy. It was stocked with everything that was needed and the owners were very helpful. The location was pretty good just a short walk to a large supermarket and lovely bars and restaurants and the beach. We are just in the process of booking this again for next year with the family for my 40th. 100% recommend.

Très belle propriété, très beau jardin, très belle maison. Très bonne impression.Excellent séjour.3 petites remarques cependant:On aurait aimé des terrasses plus propres, et surtout pas de seaux et de serpillières trainant sur les terrasses quand nous sommes arrivés.Malgré nos soins à couvrir la piscine, l'eau n'est jamais montée au delà de 25 degrés. Ne pas afficher 28 dans le descriptif. Le nettoyage a été fait très rapidement le lundi et sauf erreur nous n'avons pas vu le 2ème nettoyage.Enfin le jacuzzi était réglé à 36, mais une fois ouvert l'eau était plutôt 35. Nous avons demandé à Louise de monter le jacuzzi à 37. Réponse un peu sèche disant que ce n'était pas possible

Fantastic Villa

We had a wonderful time celebrating my nephews 40th birthday. We were four generations, ranging from 2 years up to 84 years! The Villa is very well equipped, there is LOTS of space to ensure you are not on top of each other. Lots of bathrooms too. The pool was very well used, although you do need to get used to the step from shallow to deep! The annex was excellent for my parents who are 81 & 84 and could escape if they needed more peace and quiet.Villa is around 15/20 mins walk to the harbour but quite a steep hill to walk back. There are plenty of taxi ranks though and only around 3/4 Euros to get back if needed.Great location if you want to explore the island too!

Top Haus / Top Lage

Perfekte Unterkunft für eine sehr große Familie / Gruppe. Fast alle Zimmer mit eigenem Bad, großer beheizter Pool, großer gepflegter Garten, Spielecke, Grillmöglichkeit. Verschiedene Möglichkeiten sich auch mal zurück zu ziehen. Sehr ruhig, trotzdem sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Kontaktperson vor Ort.

This was a beautiful well equipped Villa, that met and exceeded all expectations. The gardens were a delight, and there was plenty of room to share a sofa or all eat together, or if you liked to find a space on your own. The elevated position gave fine views, but required a little effort to walk to the town and back. However once we found the way to miss the main road, it was a pleasant walk along quiet roads. This is an exceptional property and well worth the price. We hope to return

Tolles Ferienhaus in Super-Meerblick-Lage

Toller Aufenthalt, Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen , Pool, Whirlpool, tolle Sitzgelegenheiten außen und innen … sehr sauber , tolle Küche mit allem , was man braucht ! Lovely 70th birthday celebration

Renting the property was easy from start to finish. Contacting the property owner with a few questions in advance was no problem and her response was prompt and helpful. The villa manager, Louise, welcomed us warmly and dealt with a few small issues we had immediately. We enjoyed a wonderful family celebration in a fantastic villa with a fabulous sea view. Everyone particularly enjoyed the hot tub. The restaurants nearby were excellent and we enjoyed eating out every night.

Fabulous Girls Trip

Fantastic few days in this gorgeous property for a group of 9 girls. The pictures actually don't do it justice. The villa is very spacious, was spotless and plenty of room for everyone to chill out. The pool area is lovely with comfy loungers and mats, the pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing during the day. The main house sleeps 10 across 2 double rooms and 3 twin rooms, then the annexe has another double room plus sofa bed for 2. The property is a short walk from bars and restaurants, not far but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Check in and out was straightforward, will hopefully return in future!

Stunning villa for a gorgeous family holiday in the sun

The villa was absolutely beautiful and the photos don’t do it justice! Luxurious, spacious and spotlessly clean. So many lovely places to sit and take in the beautiful views and the kids absolutely loved the pool, trampoline, table football. Great communication from the host and would highly recommend!

Great great villa

The villa is absolutely stunning! It has everything you can wish for: see view, big swimming pool, many (!) terraces, cactus garden, big rooms, many bathrooms (max 1 for 2 rooms), big living room etc The decoration is very nice with quality materials (marble / tiles etc). A true ‘coup de coeur’! The villa is well located to visit the many places across the island. Last but not least, the service was also great, we asked Louise the house manager if there was a blender in the kitchen. As there was not, she made one delivered on our doorstep a few hours later! So thank you Nicky and Louise! We had a fantastic time in Lanzarote thanks to you!

Fabulous Villa

We had a wonderful week in this villa. As a family group of 11, ranging from teenagers to grandparents, the villa was perfect for our requirements and I would definitely recommend it. All the outside space was a definite bonus that we hadn’t appreciated from the photos. Lots of different seating areas, with views of the sea and hills. The location was great for us, quiet, but within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

Fantastic Villa in a Great Location

This property is fantastic and I would recommend it highly for a perfect week in Lanzarote with family or friends. Everything you need and more is provided and the care and communication of the owners and property manager was second to none. Location was quiet and out of the way, while still being within minutes of shops, bars and family entertainment. Perfect for us.

Property was stunning and the pictures dont actually do it justice. The equipment and furniture all seemed new and the beds were very comfortable. The Old Town is the place to go and if your fit is not far but a very steep hill so maybe down but taxi home! Taxis were really cheap so not worth driving after having a drink. Heated pool was lovely. I would highly recommend this property it has something for everyone and has been well thought out to give you all space.
