"We got married here 15 years ago and came back to celebrate our anniversary. They’ve done a good job maintaining a nice place. The rooms could use an update but were clean, the staff were super nice, and the location is perfect for walking around and checking out local stores and restaurants.

"607 Bay Inn is a beautifully renovated inn, exquisitely located in the charming, historically significant Beaufort, SC. The inn’s owner and staff are friendly, outgoing and create a warm and welcoming environment for their guests. The water views and convenience to downtown shops and restaurants could not be any better. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 607 as a memorable part of our 50th wedding anniversary celebration. We will definitely return!!"

The rooms were clean. No microwave or closet in the room. You had to request new towels or room cleaning as they only do this every 2 days. However, you were not informed as such until we asked. Breakfast was average. But overall clean. "

"We had a problem when we first got there. Our key card would not work and we were fighting with the door for about 10 mins. Boyfriend went to go get another key and I see a woman peeking out from behind the curtain in the window. I asked her if she was staying in that room and she came to the door and we spoke. Felt terrible because we woke her. Boyfriend comes back around the corner with the original key card and the person behind the desk only to find out that yes that room was already given...

"Reserved a handicapped room. Arrived and the elevator was not working. Why have handicapped rooms on the 2nd & 3rd floor? Arrived at room 230 to find the toilet not working. The water had been shut off! House keeping got the water turned on. Only to find the fitting was leaking. Unable to fix so they provided towels. By 4:00 the entire room was covered in 1/2 water. Unacceptable! "

"Top notch jet tub room with the biggest tub ever. You could float with a pool noodle!
The jets of my particular room was not that vigorous it was gentle. There was a rainbow light that made the room ambiance amazing in the tub."

"They have no in person check-in so you expect a code to get in the room on the day of arrival.
