"We really enjoyed our return to L'Auvent and it was even better the second time which is hard to believe.Super clean and sophisticated. Excellent communication as always. Hopefully we will be returning soon as we love this place and this town. Southern coney for pancakes, Nectar chicken waffles, Relish Mongolian beef and wonton soup all an easy bike ride away. not to mention the beach and Coligny shopping a block away. 5+ star stay."

"Good location, short walk to the beach. The Condo was very clean, inviting and well equipped. A lot of thought has gone into making sure there were plenty of towels including beach towels, beach chairs etc. The guest book was well written and informative. Plenty of good restaurants close by. "The property is clearly a recent purchase of a dilapidated residence. The floors, walls and ceilings have significant water damage. The master shower handle was not attached. There was dirt, dust and mold throughout. When reported to the owner, her response was "yeah, we're going to fix that in the off-season." "We had a nice visit. The quarters are small but just the right size for my husband and me. I had prepped some meals, which was nice to bake as there is not much counter space- it would have been doable, but it was hard to do much cooking. As others have mentioned, the view from the balcony is incredible. It was like having the joys of the beach without getting hot or sandy."
