"I was absolutely blown away by the features of this property. There were several salon/sitting rooms, two of which had an honesty bar, where you could pour a drink, and sit in comfort and quiet in an immaculate, finely decorated room, with heavy, luxurious draperies, beautiful hardwood furniture, and classic paintings with gorgeous frameson the wall. "Perfect stay from beginning to end. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the location was great, and the room was breathtaking. Better than the pictures, hands down one of the top 5 hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. The only downside is it was the first place we stayed on our trip so it ruined everywhere else in comparison. 10/10 all around."

"One of the worst rooms I have stayed at in a hotel. Staff was very friendly and they tried to help but with the rooms that small, it became very difficult to stay. Especially this hotel is not for someone with toddlers. Not even enough space to move in the room. Location is convenient but all other things made the stay difficult for me! Don’t trust the pictures on expedia. They are very misleading."

"When checked in the room we originally booked, we noticed it did not have AC working, but when we notified the front desk they upgraded and changed our room to one with AC. Could not ask for more attentive staff or a better result in +30 degrees weather in London. Would stay here again! Fantastic location and hotel restaurant excellent!"

"Location is ok and the hotel is generally clean and well presented however to be woken up by a cleaner at 9am when checkout is 12pm is totally unacceptable. A bathroom with no where to hang towels or robes is only a detail but I didn’t feel the price of the room was justified. A shaving point in the bathroom which was totally inaccessible is just another little detail that hasn’t been thought about. Staff were ok not great, just ok and didn’t seem to care that we had been woken by the cleaner...

"The only positive thing about this hotel is its location, conveniently located close to subway stations and just a short walk away from the Tower of London. The rooms are extremely small; even the sink is outside of the bathroom! The bed is surrounded by walls and the window on three sides! So if you’re two people, one has to climb to their side of the bed! Our room wasn’t very clean. Multiple stains on the bed headboard, water stain on the ceiling and under the sink.
