"Great location near Shibuya station but far enough away to avoid the noise. The premier lounge access rooms have great views and lounge access is very convenient. Rooms have what you would expect for a 4*: Nespresso coffee, drinks and water all included. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and quiet. All the staff we met were friendly, polite and spoke English to the best of their ability. Would happily stay here again."

"This hotel is in a wonderful location but the room and bathroom - and especially the carpet - really need updating. This is the only thing preventing me from rating everything 5 star. The staff and lobby amenities were great. But what really stands out is the brand new Reset Lounge. Located in the small alleyway next to the hotel itself, this wonderful oasis allows guests to unwind, refresh themselves with coffee, tea or juice (alcohol too if you want), granola, pastries and full showers. "Room was very clean and the staff went above and beyond. Rooms are small, the bed was hard and the train was pretty much outside our window. Not a problem when the trains stopped over night and earplugs helped. My husband found the train noise soothing!"

"The location of the hotel is excellent. It is right at Mark City and it is just located at Shibuya crossing. It is located on the 5F, 2F to 4F are all restaurants, 2F are different metro lines and JR, 1F are big groceries, Diaso. Mega Don quote is 24hr and it is about 5min walk. You can beat the location!!! Hightly recommend. Staffs are super nice and helpful. You can also also wash your clothes. 500yen for washing, 200yen for each 30min drying. Also, there are direct airport buses right...
