"Beautiful peaceful stay. The staff was so sweet and supportive. The property was a dream!"

"The onsen was excellent"

"We loved our stay! The room was quiet and comfortable. We loved the public baths and breakfast (we didn't have dinner with our room). The staff was very welcoming. There's also a shuttle from the hotel down to the bus stop in Motohakone or it's an easy 15 min walk. "

The first we heard of any issue was after checkout, when the host raised a damage claim for something that appears to have pre-dated our stay, with no...
