"Flight delayed, couldnt comunicate with the hotel and when I arrived nobody opened or give some help. I had to travel 3 hours more to get other hotel at 2 am. Phone is an answer machine, messages nobody answer. The place look bad and smell to canabis! "

"Nous y avons passé une nuit pour déconnecter, et c’était parfait. Le personnel est adorable, l’hôtel est calme, nous avons profité de la terrasse et du spa, et dîné dans le village sous recommendation de l’hôtel c’était excellent. "

"Fantastic staff and facilities. We went there with bikes and the garage area and wash was brilliant with cleaning products and tools available. Hotel and Spa were lovely and breakfast was great each day. Ate in the restaurant twice and the food was very good both times. "

"Fint hotel, veldig sentralt. Greit å få avklart på forhånd ang.tidlig utsjekk. Vi ville forlate hotellet før kl.8, men måtte betale turistskatt. Det var ingen som kunne ta i mot betalingen, de som jobbet i resepsjonen var ikke der. Det ordnet seg, men tok litt tid å få det avklart. Ellers fint med basseng og matbutikk rett over veien. "

"Lovely boutique hotel, very informal and home style. Has a nice restaurant attached to the hotel. 1 minute walk to the piste.
Les Crosets is v quiet with limited other restaurants and amenities. Great ski connections to avoriaz and the rest of pdusoleil"
