"The property is located about 15 minutes from the Lucerne train station. When we checked in, the registration was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They asked if we’re going to eat and when we said yes, they said they would have a table waiting for us in the attached restaurant. The room was large and very clean. "This is a class act property! We stayed two nights here and it was a great experience. The staff handled everything professionally. Our room was beautiful, had a beautiful view of the lake. "Wie waren kurz vor Ostern da und es war sehr ruhig da nicht viele Gäste in Hotel waren. Den SPA Bereich hatten wir fast alleine für uns. Alles top und Service sehr gut!!!"

"宮殿のような作りのホテルですが館内には最新の設備が備わっていて良かったです。私は言語に不安があったのですが全てのスタッフが私にわかりやすいように説明してくれました。特に良かったと思った点は、部屋がとても綺麗に清掃されていたことです。全てが清潔で塵ひとつ見つけるのが難しいくらいでした。料金はそれなりにしますが泊まる価値はあると思います。"

"Room was well maintained, breakfast spread was extensive, and the staff were top notch in terms of friendliness. Bus stop right next to the hotel makes for easy transportation to/from downtown Lucerne. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Great property, but the staff is what made me submit a review. Antonia at the front desk made our two days in Zürich better than we could’ve imagined. She suggested restaurants and things to do and treated us with respect and care. I could tell she genuinely wanted us to enjoy our time, and that is incredibly valuable these days."

"We stayed in the corner room, which had its own bathroom and a lovely patio. We didn’t realize beforehand that other rooms share a bathroom, so we were pleasantly surprised to have a private one. It's worth noting that, like many hotels in Europe, this one isn’t staffed in the evenings. After 6 PM, there were no employees on-site. That also means no room service or food. However, they did leave out snacks and supplies on different floors, along with detailed instructions in case we needed...

"The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient—right next to the train station and a Coop grocery store, which made getting around and picking up essentials very easy. The staff, including housekeeping, were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet; it offered a good variety and was a great start to the day. Overall, a comfortable and well-located stay in Lucerne. "

"When I travel normally I don’t see my email ., so I got a couple of emails from the agency (I saw Them late),. But before I got all the information to get in etc ., it is a nice place ., but we were 6 3 adults and 3 teens ., as soon as I do the booking I put this complete information (6 Total) ., we don’t have enough beds to sleep that was an issue ,. Thanks god we’re 2 sofas and 2 of my kids rest there (they didn’t sleep well of course) ,. There were just 1 linen ,. But they survive ., The room...
