The guy that worked on May 26, 2025 was very rude and aggressive towards us. We were charged before we checked in and wanted some clarification and he assumed that we wanted our money back and started to get very nasty. There was no need for that. If your guests are confused or misinformed, it’s your duty as an employee to kindly explain things so that their stay is pleasant.
