"This hotel is an absolute treasure. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate each of us. Every detail is considered and the entire experience is like walking into an oasis. The garden is a lovely retreat and one member of our group enjoyed a relaxing massage at the spa just outside the garden. They commented that is was one of the best they have had. "Wonderful location right across the street from the ferry ports. Good food options around the neighborhood and a small bodega right downstairs. Staff was very helpful; we didn’t arrive until after 10 pm because of flight delays, and Noemi stayed late until we got there. We really appreciated that. Breakfast was good, no hot options but great cappuccinos, and yummy croissants. Room was surprisingly big, with a big king bed. We were very comfortable for the 2 nights."
