The reality is the bed was as hard as granite, only beaten by the pillows which were somehow made from reinforced concrete. Iron had burnt stuff all over it so if you are thinking of staying here I would bring your own iron. Staff weren’t very quick at responding to requests and I had to chase it up multiple times "
