Open up the side door and create that all important indoor-outdoor flow out onto the patio. Enjoy a cuppa at the coffee table, take a nap on the shaded daybed, or fire up the BBQ and get grilling for an alfresco feast at the outdoor dining table, complete with a sun umbrella.

Whip up a few sides to go with your BBQ dinner in the fully equipped, modern kitchen, then at the end of the meal, pop the dishes in the dishwasher and get back to enjoying casual conversation with your friends long into the warm summer evening.
