The pools will finish to make you spend a quiet and relaxing stay away from the tumult of Moroccan life.

Value for money

Let's start from one observation: the rentals in Morocco are - alas - often not very comfortable and / or badly located. If not, they are usually very (too) expensive.

With a few years of effort (and prospecting) we finally found our little paradise (Moroccan) that we rent when we are not in Assilah.

So, of course, we do not offer "hotel" services but the idea is to offer you a comfortable, modern and absolute tranquility that is different from other offers available on HomeAway

We bet that our apartment will meet your expectations and allow you to fully enjoy your stay in Assilah alone, as a couple or family.

The residence "Les Jardins d'Assilah"

Our apartment is located in a residence called "Les Jardins d'Assilah". It is a beautiful and flowery residence. In addition, it is secure (guards take turns all year round, 24h on 24, to allow a complete security of the residence). 2 swimming pools (including 1 heated in winter and spring) will allow you to enjoy the pleasures of the water. A private parking space awaits your vehicle in the secure basement of the building. An elevator is also available.

Description of the apartment

Our apartment has a surface of 114m2 with sea views, it is comfortable and enjoys all modern amenities.

Tadelakt wall and marble floor, the apartment is simple and discreet in terms of decoration.

Here is a description of the available equipment (non-exhaustive list):

A) A fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, blender ...) and all the dishes and other utensils needed to prepare your meals.

B) The 2 large bedrooms have a total of 6 beds (the parental bed + 3 single beds + extra bed). Sheets, bed linen and duvets are available and are cleaned at each new location.

C) A bathroom (adjoining the master bedroom) and a shower room in which you will find all the accessories necessary for your hygiene.

D) The living / dining room is composed of a table (expandable) with 6 chairs and two sofas. A flat-screen TV is connected to the satellite and you can watch your favorite channels (all French, Belgian, Swiss, Spanish, ... are available). A "connected radio" will also allow you to listen to your favorite radio stations from Assilah!

In addition we put at your disposal a WIFI connection during your stay (10G per week).

E) A beautiful terrace (also with sea view) composed of several outdoor furniture will allow you to take your meals and / or bask in the sun without vis-à-vis.

F) A laundry room where you will find (among other things) a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner and an iron will allow you to maintain your laundry.

You will understand, our apartment - besides the fact that it is located a remarkable setting - is complete and will allow you to spend a pleasant and comfortable time in Assilah.
