"The place is under new ownership. They are doing a lot and have done recent renovations. For the price and location you cannot beat it in the entire area. The new ownership is very nice and helpful. Free coffee in the morning and the rooms are very nice for what it is. Jump off point to anything Bay Area and would definitely stay again when in area."

I called for two requests, one in the evening, and one early morning: my in-room refrigerator was not working upon my arrival (they replaced it once I was able to reach them); and two, for bell service to help with my bags at check out. Both times the phone rang and rang and rang, to the point of my hanging up and repeatedly trying...

"Airport shuttle is convenient and saves on Uber’s insanely high price for a 1.5 mile ride. Hotel is relatively clean and maintained. Price is good for an airport layover. Hotel is close to SFO airport. It works for a night on a flight change over. However, the room is negatively affected by the lack of noise insulation. The room above us was noisy. Not because the occupant was loud, but you can hear every foot step the person made as the floor creaks. Water running above is even louder. This...

"The lady at the front desk helped me with getting to the airport. She suggested I take the shuttle. The hotel arranged for my ride to the pick up point. The shuttle was great. The breakfast was good and the room was fantastic. Very quiet. Good location for sightseeing. "
