Although it was an extra charge for breakfast for the kids, he suggested paying before hand versus day of to save some money. He even asked what time my flight was the next day and had extended my rooms to late checkout for 2pm the next day instead of 12pm. However, I believe there was some miscommunication and the front staff called the rooms at 12:30pm to ask if we forgot to checkout...otherwise we...

"This hotel is very clean and the staff are really friendly and helpful. They also have the airport shuttle which is very convenient! They also have kids play room, so my daughters don’t feel bored when they stay in the hotel. They also have the outdoor pool, but the water is cold. All in all, this hotel is great!"

"This is definitely not an eight star is listed on Expedia. The towels are as thin as your shirt. The bed is as hard as a rock. The sheets are torn and have spots on them. The couch is small and hard. The floor is cracking and peeling, and there are no outlets for foreigners. It’s 2026 and they still don’t have USB plugs. They make you buy one in the machine downstairs. somebody must be using AI to bump up the rating on this hotel because it’s definitely not an eight."

"We travelled with 2 coeliacs (gluten allergy) and options were very limited for them at all restaurants / cafe. The resort was otherwise as pictured, and offered everything it said it would. The shower was older in style, but good temp and pressure. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. "
