The frontline staff are helpful. The standard room is clean and spacious. Yet, the room humidity is high and the air dehumidified must be turned on for better air quality and temperature control.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff. Outdoor pool was nice. Walking distance to explorer's lodge. I just wish there's microwave inside the rooms but other than that room was great and comfortable beds. They clean up everyday.

Everything is good, the room is clean, the room has it own washing drying machine which I like the most. The staff are very nice and friendly. I will definitely come back again.

Room wasn’t very clean - there was coffee stain on the bedside table and also on the floor. It was quite dusty. Telephone doesn’t work which I had to go to the reception to get it fixed. The phone number (landline number) provided did not work. Towels were old. Location was good, AC functioning
