"Schönes Hotel und gut gelegen. Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit Dusche und großem Doppelbett im 22. Stock und konnte so auch ein wenig die Stadt sehen. Natürlich schaut man von "hinten" drauf... Alles sauber. Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit. Frühstück hatten wir nicht, aber wir haben den Shullteservice genutzt, damit wir die Koffer nicht nochmal bis zur Bushaltestelle rollern mussten. Alles in allem würde ich hier wieder hinfahren."

"The Great Clean, compact and relatively comfortable. I'm a really fussy sleeper (LOL), the air conditioning was great, but the comforter was too warm at night, so I didn't really get the best sleep. Great amenities like floor mat (instead of towels for mats), green tea, pu-erh tea, a range of TWG teas, and a Nespresso machine. "We got a very nice and newly renovated room. The hotel and the staff was outstanding. I never knew service could be this good at a hotel. The room was cleaned well, and they even included a extra dehumidifier to keep the humidity low, in case you don't want your room too cold from running the AC. The front desk staff and the spa staff were all wonderful. They were genuinely helpful and looked for ways to help before you asked. The breakfast was also excellent. One of the best hotels I've stayed."
