The gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight with top-of-the-line appliances, including a 5-burner Viking range, wine cooler, Sub-Zero custom panel refrigerator, double oven, and stylish farm sink. There's seating for 10 at the dining table, and the kitchen's beautiful live-edge bar area seats 4 on leather barstools. On the adjacent deck with a hot , lounge furniture and a gas grill are offered in summertime.
Down the hall, the King master bedroom includes a gas fireplace, TV, and a master bathroom with luxuries such as a freestanding volcanic stone tub, separate shower with rain-style showerhead, heated stone floors, and a towel warmer. Upstairs also features another King bedroom and a full bathroom in the hallway.
The lower level of the home features a separate living room with flagstone flooring, a gas fireplace, and TV. Sliding glass door onto lower deck offers easy access to the fully fenced backyard and hot tub.
