Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

Feel the free-spirited vibe, and make memories with your loved ones during cozy gatherings – lunch and dinner are warmly embraced here. However, let's keep the wild parties at bay, as we've got to be responsible neighbours. Please remember, there's a $2000 fine waiting for anyone who decides to throw a bash that's too epic to handle. Smoking inside the premises is strictly forbidden.

Our lovely neighbours are the unsung heroes of our community, so let's show them some love by cranking down the outside noise after 11 pm. Together, we can create a harmonious and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone!

There is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance / security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie to verify the booking details. Service fee is non refundable when booking is cancelled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.

Please note: Vaping within the unit is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that fire detectors will be triggered by the use of vapes. Any associated call-out fees for fire alarm activation will be billed to you.
