The space
This stunning new home features 3 stylish bedrooms each with built in wardrobes. The one of a kind custom kitchen is appointed with the very best of Italian accessories and of course a dishwasher. The kitchen also has a large walk in pantry and laundry. The two stylish bathrooms are above the quality you’d find in any hotel in the region.

The house has a nautical influence to its decor, it’s a bit more interesting and less predictable than a regular beach house which adds to the adventure.

The combined dining and living area has a ceiling height of 5m, we call it the Great Hall, entertaining in this space makes for an unforgettable experience. There’s a new gas BBQ on the deck and you won’t miss any of the action as there’s 2 tvs in the house. The house is cooled and heated with RC Air-conditioning.

You’ll find DVDs, games and even a mini arcade machine. There is also a fire pit, and wood supplied. Keep an eye out for the local King Parrots as they love to visit. Kangaroos roam the neighborhood, you’ll find them visiting the property on sunrise or dusk.

The Inlet is a very short walk from boating, fishing or swimming and in the other direction, the bowling club has the coldest beer and best food in town. When it’s time to explore, Cudmirrah beach is just 5min drive away.

Although we don’t have free Wi-Fi we have a Telstra portable Wi-Fi modem you can purchase data for, it can connect up to 10 devices.

Other things to note
The property is fencing and to enclose the yard there is a side gate that’s 1.2m high.
