Inviting 2-story raised beach house on Coral Dr in the sought after MH section. The beach is only an 8 min walk or 3 min ride away as well as the water park. Convenient access to the South Gate and overflow parking, avoid the main gate congestion. Ample parking under the house with easy in & out, even for larger vehicles. Plenty of additional golf cart parking too!

Beautiful LVP flooring throughout, no carpet! New furniture inside and out, outdoor bar and seating area under the house. Enjoy the sun and shade on all three levels with plenty of outdoor seating. Keep cool inside with 2 NEW A/C units. Two family rooms provide extra indoor space for watching a movie or just enjoying family time.

MAIN LEVEL:
The family room on the main level has a TV, ceiling fan, recliner, leather sofa and two swivel chairs.
Large, updated fully equipped kitchen with center island and separate dining area.
Master king bedroom has a TV, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and access to the main level deck with separate seating area.
Master bath has two sinks, walk-in shower, and large jetted tub.

The main level deck features a dining table for 6, balcony chairs & tables, and a new chat set with loveseat, 2 chairs and ottomans. Keep kids safe with a gate at the top of the stairs.

UPPER LEVEL:
Master queen with TV, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, with a bathroom & walk-in shower attached.
Queen bedroom with TV, ceiling fan and closet.
Bedroom 4 offers one bunk bed with twin over full and a twin bed, TV, ceiling fan and closet.
Full hall bath with tub/shower combo.
Separate family room with a ceiling fan, TV, and sleeper sofa with new upgraded inflatable mattress. Enjoy access to upper deck from this location.
The upper deck features a sofa, dining table for 4 and lounge chair.

GROUND LEVEL:
Entertaining made easy on the ground level! Comfortable seating, smart TV, picnic table, and custom bar on wheels with stools. Tiki toss ring game or corn hole is available for outdoor fun.
The Broil King gas grill or charcoal grill makes outdoor cooking a breeze.
