The Space:
Upper-level:
As you enter the home, you will immediately notice the luxurious feel accomplished by the home's high-quality furnishings, marble floors, and state-of-the-art appliances. On your left is the cinema room, perfect for movie nights with family and friends. Characterised by a dark interior to provide that ‘cinema-like’ experience, this room is complete with comfortable reclining arm-chairs and a kitchenette with a mini bar.

This upper level also includes the master bedroom and ensuite, as well as bedroom 2 and this room's corresponding ensuite.

Master Bedroom:
Wake up to breathtaking sunrises and sunsets over the surrounding countryside from the master bedroom. Complete with a queen bed, this bedroom features an enormous his and hers walk-in wardrobe, as well as a large, modern ensuite.

Master Ensuite:
Lavish and luxurious, this ensuite features a his and hers vanity, a double shower, a bathtub and a toilet.

Bedroom two:
Complete with a queen bed, this room also features breathtaking views and a large wardrobe. Further from this, there is also a smart TV and an ensuite.

Bathroom 1 (ensuite 2):
This bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity.

Head down the staircase and into the lower level of the home. This level is complete with another two bedrooms, the living/kitchen and dining area, the laundry as well as another bathroom and separate toilet.

Bedroom 3 features a plush king-sized bed, wardrobe space, a ceiling fan and its own ducted AC system

Bedroom 4:
Bedroom 4 contains a queen size bed, wardrobe space, a ceiling fan and its own ducted AC system.

Bathroom 3:
This bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity.

Laundry:
The laundry features a washing machine and dryer for your use.

Living/Kitchen/Dining:
The open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area is a masterpiece of modern design. The expansive space is bathed in natural light, showcasing stunning views of the rolling hills outside.

A sleek island bench, perfect for casual dining or entertaining, takes centre stage. The adjacent 8-seater dining table is ideal for family meals or dinner parties. A butler's pantry offers ample storage and prep space, ensuring a seamless culinary experience.

The spacious lounge area invites relaxation and entertainment. A plush, oversized couch faces a smart TV and a cosy electric fireplace. Sliding glass doors open onto a sun-drenched deck, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. Comfortable alfresco couches and a dining table provide the ideal setting for alfresco dining or simply enjoying the panoramic country views. A convenient kitchenette with a BBQ adds to the outdoor entertaining experience, making it easy to prepare delicious meals and drinks. The sparkling saltwater pool is the centrepiece of the outdoor entertainment area. This pool also features a fun fountain. If you follow the steps down by the pool, you will find an additional dining table in the backyard. The home is fully air-conditioned with multiple ducted systems.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire first and second floor of the home. While there is a third floor, this will be locked off and not accessible to guests. This third floor is an office space that is occasionally used. The employee at this office uses the side entrance and will not disrupt your stay at all. The garage is also not available for guest use but there is parking available on the driveway.

The Neighborhood:
Woombye is a charming rural town located in the heart of the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Explore the local farmers' markets, antique shops, and boutique stores, or simply relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. With easy access to the stunning beaches of the Sunshine Coast (15-20 minute drive), Woombye is the perfect base for exploring the region.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to explore the Sunshine Coast, if you’re wanting a break from driving, there are public transport services that visit this area frequently should you need it.

Other Things to Note:
*Please note that the garage and lowest level (level 3) are locked off and not accessible to guests. This third floor is an office space that is occasionally used. The employee at this office uses the side entrance and will not disrupt your stay at all.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.

*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
