"Dog friendly, which was very helpful and there’s a large field behind the hotel to take your dog. It’s perfect. Anyone that leaves a negative complaint is just crying. This is an amazing hotel for what the price is. You guys have to understand this is the cheapest hotel that pops up in the Springs and I have to say it’s very good for what the price is only negative I will say is there is nothing for breakfast. I stayed for 5 nights and had no issues."

"No tv remotes n 1st room.
Second room, no air conditioning.
Room had a couch with ripped fabric with stuffing falling out and the sheet covering the couch had a cigarette burn in it. Room we were in, 312, was rented out to two different parties who tried to get in the room at 12 am and 1am. Only 2 pillows for king size bed. Floor was damaged."

"Breakfast was always good. Our bartender, Kerry, was outstanding! Could have used trash take out in our room-housekeeping just picked up towels but did nothing else in 3 days. The rest of the property was well maintained and the room was spacious. Extra pillows were available upon request. Would stay again (in fact this was our 2nd time staying there)"

"Parking was good. Check in was good. Arriving in our room smelled bad. Also the room was dirty there was trash inn there from prior use, the desk top was dirty, and there was a bathing suit left in the bathroom on a hook. This was by far the worst La Quinta I have stayed at. I notified the front desk about the the room was and was completely ignored. I will not stay at this location again. There was no attempt to change rooms or even send staff up to clean."

"The view is beautiful and right off the highway. Lots of stores and restaurants not far from the location. Upon check in the front desk clerk was very helpful and she was able to accommodate us with an early check in. After driving 8 hours it was such a relief. No plates coffee machine etc.
Its strange the front desk is closed most of the day , all evenings and on sundays with a large metal shutter so there is no one to communicate with ?
It tells you to slide your key under the metal shutter when leaving not even a secure drop box. It was a fair price for the room. Lots of weed smell around building but its colorado so not uncommon."

They have the best cucumber water in the lobby that we enjoyed so much. Our room was huge and well appointed with a sofa area, fridge and microwave.
