"We loved our stay at this Springhill.
We were greeted very kindly by the woman at the front desk. Our room was super cozy and spacious. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was big with a nice walk-in shower. The only thing that was not great was the shower pressure. Overall, we were very pleased and will stay at this hotel again."

"The room was ok, me and my husband just wanted to get away for a couple of days. It served the purpose but nothing over the top ( at all ). The sink was broken, and so was the shower handle. But at least there wasn’t any roaches like the previous hotel. However, I will most likely not go back."

"Overall we felt safe and we did not complain about the few issues experienced so certainly no issues with staff they might have corrected them but it was a quick airport stay and not worth the hassle to try for us.
The air conditioning in our room barely worked so it was pretty hot but there was air moving (didn’t cool by morning but since there was circulation it was tolerable) and there were multiple bugs (small roaches) observed mostly in the bathroom.
We did use the gym and everything...
