"What a cool studio. It was very comfortable and had a great feel to it overall.The only thing that held it back for me was the patio and outdoor furniture. I really wanted to spend time outside, especially with how nice the setting is, but everything felt pretty grimy. A good power wash would go a long way. "The house was fine for our needs. Average at best. We knew it was quite a ways from Elon University but for graduation weekend it was hard to find something closer. The house was clean. I will say that it had several quirks that didn't bother us (ie 2 separate sinks in the master bath). The house did have a damp, musty smell. There were several lose tiles in places, moldy areas in the shower, knobs etc falling off. There were NO cleaning supplies. Towels were minimal and very thin. Kitchen...
