It's run down, it's filthy, no doorknob on the bathroom, holes in the bathroom door, grease stains on the sheets, mold on the bathroom ceiling, an unusable ironing board. SEE THE ATTACHED PICTURES. No possible way we could sleep there for wondering what was going to crawl out from under the bed. Other residents resembled crack addicts. "We came to Greensboro to see Nate Bargatze and decided to stay a few days in the area. The apartment is in a great location of downtown. You can easily walk to so many places. There are lots of restaurants and breweries nearby to try. Highly recommend Cheesecakes by Alex which is just across the street! We parked in the Greene St parking garage our entire stay with no issues. Easy walk to the apartment. An electrical breaker had been tripped prior to our check in but Maddie was very responsive...

"I rented this bungalow while visiting Greensboro, NC to take my son to New Student Orientation at NC A&T, and it was an amazing stay. "If you want peace and quiet AND close to amenities, this is the place. The house has a great feel, in a peaceful neighborhood. The large, fenced backyard is perfect for playing fetch with your furbaby. The Lowe's grocery store right down the street is an amazing store. Definitely a great house for the price and the owner's amazing artwork throughout the house was the cherry on top. We would definitely stay here again!"
