    -Quiet hours MUST be followed from 9pm-9am for respect of the neighbors.
    -Gas fireplace in the main level living room is available for use. Do not use wood burning fireplace in kitchen or garden apartment.
    -NO parties or events: will result in immediate vacating of the property.
    -NO smoking inside the home: subject to extreme penalties and fines.
    -MAXIMUM of 16 guests allowed overnight.
    -Please pick up after your pets.
    -$50 Lost Key Fee if the house key is lost or misplaced.
    -Per Greensboro City Regulations, only 1 car per bedroom is allowed for overnight guests. Two cars may park on the parking pad in the spots marked `MAIN HOUSE PARKING`, all other cars may park on the street (free parking). Do not block the driveway with your car.

Great stay. Well appointed and plenty of room for 7 people together or separate. Well located in quite neighborhood. Host was very responsive.

The house was clean and beautiful. Loved that we were able to bring our dogs. Huge backyard. Plenty of places to grab a bite to eat nearby.

Large and luxurious home with beautiful fenced in back yard, and easily walkable neighborhood that was a perfect fit for traveling with our pups! Well located, near shopping, food entertainment, and other essentials! We will definitely stay again!

Maddie & Stu were fantastic hosts. They checked with us to see if we needed anything and assured us to just let them know and they would take care of it. The house was beautiful, clean and parking was easy.

Wonderful home and location. Met Family in Greensboro for a celebration and this provided a comfortable gathering spot. The home is well equipped and spacious. Great backyard!

Wife was thrilled with how well stocked the kitchen was. House was clean and the owners are there immediately if an issue comes up. Will be staying in this property again on our next visit.

Beautiful home. Plenty of space. Wonderful accommodations. Many walls adorned with artwork of a local artist. A unique touch. Would return again with our adult children to visit extended family for a holiday gathering in Greensboro. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience

Truly a great vacation experience. While most home rentals have a checklist of things to do before you check out, this one did not. It was so nice to just be able to pack and go. The cleanliness, comfort, and little extras were also great!

Perfect for graduation with extended family

We were in town for graduation weekend with extended family. We also rented the guest house in the back. The house is stunning and in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Minor issues were quickly addressed by the host. I would highly recommend it.

The home is spacious and had all the amenities we needed. We had an issue with the wi-fi working on the first night and the owners were helpful in getting it resolved. Overall, everything is great, though there are a few items that need some TLC - light bulbs out and some loose cabinet hardware - but nothing that isn't an easy fix and when we communicated those items with the owner they responded positively to the information and stated they would address the suggestions. The location is great and we would definitely stay there again.
