"This is a bare minimum extended stay facility. Two, plates, forks, spoons, knives and glasses. You have to supply everything. Cook top but no pots or pans. You have to buy them? Fire alarm went off at 2:30 am in the whole hotel because of someone burning their microwave popcorn. No one on the property after 10pm. Extended our stay for two extra days and then our plans changed and we checked out a day early. NO REFUND. We will not be returning"

"So much better than the element! A/C could be cooler, disappointing when my house is cooler than a hotel. A hotel is a place to be as cold as you want. But both the Element and The Az control the temperature, and that’s not ok with me. The hotel is beautiful, but both hotels are off my list- only because of the Air conditioner being controlled"

"Gate guard at night for parking, both staff members I dealt with were amazing and friendly. For being in a less than ideal location and an older building, they do a great job with the property. The tv wifi was a pain to get connected but eventually did. Definitely recommend for budget travels. "

"The facility was clean and appeared to be well maintained. The staff was very helpful during our stay.
One thing about customer service I didn't like was the fact that we arrived the premises at about 2:30pm and requested early check-in barely 30min earlier after a 6 hour flight from Boston into the burning heat of AZ, common courtesy was to allow us check-in early.
The staff eventually honored our request after minutes of negotiations.
Overall our stay was great. I'll recommend"
