Alia may be THE best VRBO host we have ever had (3-4 rentals /year) - everything you could possibly need with prompt and helpful responses. "We arrived to find the property completely vacant with no furniture. It had clearly not been used for a considerable length of time and was in a state of decay. We had to scramble to find alternative accommodation . I expect a complete refund. I have pictures of the empty cottage if needed."
