"Definitely recommend staying at this place, the staff and the owner is really friendly and helpful. The roooms are modern and clean. The cafeteria is also amazing. Its located in a place easy to walk and get to. Also, there is a park close by within a walkable distance if you want to get some fresh air. Will stay again in my next visit. "

"The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble. It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided. Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless."

"We were pleasantly surprised by the sumptuous decor of the hotel. Plus, the staff went out of their way to help us plan our excursion to London. The hotel is a short bus ride to T2 & T3 at Heathrow, which is why we picked it. You have to go next door to the Holiday Inn (actually an attached building) for drinks and a restaurant, but that venue is worth visiting in its own right. "
