Netter Kontakt mit der Rezeptionistin; hat mich schon vorab kontaktiert und mir alles Wesentliche für unsere Ankunft erklärt. Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert kontaktlos und hat prima geklappt. Frühstück konnten wir für wenig Geld dazu buchen. Waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder…"

"Lovely hotel high up on the mountain side with an amazing view of the valley and Luxembourg on the other side of the river. The breakfast buffet was hardy and delicious, and the dinner one of the best I had in Europe! The natural setting was breathtaking. The infinity pool on the bottom floor has a great view of the valley, as well. The town had some fun places to explore, and it is just a short drive to Echternach on the Luxembourg side, which has a courthouse originally built by Charlemagne....

"The room was simple but practical, nice and clean. Though there is no reception, it was easy to reach the hotel and arrange check in. The communication was very good, friendly and clear. The location is ideal as the hotel is close to the main attractions of the town. "

"Beautiful spacious rooms, nicely updated and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the balcony as well. Only negative with the room was the motion sensor lights in the bathroom continued to kick on throughout the night and shines right at the bed. Pool was ok, we didn’t get to use the sauna’s due to specific spa rules.. Hot Tub wasn’t in operation which was unfortunate. Location is fantastic and the restaurant was good. "

"Inicialmente nós colocaram em um quarto que não havíamos reservado, inclusive em um anexo do hotel, sem elevador, tendo que subir várias escadas para chegar em um quarto estranho. Reclamamos e nos colocaram no quarto correto, bem melhor. A atendente do café da manhã é uma senhora muito simpática e o café é de qualidade. "
