Steamboat Springs is a delightful hideaway personifying the adventurous spirit of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. The natural beauty of the landscape will captivate your imagination and can be admired from nearly anywhere in the resort. You’ll enjoy passing the time at the some of the area’s most desirable attractions, including world-renowned winter sports spots, steaming hot springs and scenic mountain trails.

The 1 Bedroom Deluxe units range from 840-888 sq. feet and come with 1 king bed, 1 queen sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 4 guests. Comes with a full kitchen (complete with an oven, stove top, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, plates, cups, pots and pans, enough to cook basic meals), 1 full bathroom, balcony/patio, 2 TVs (one in living room and one in bedroom), fireplace, jetted tub, washer/dryer in unit, hairdryer, in room safe, DVD player, stereo, and Wi-Fi internet access.

Comfortable and clean property

Overall the property was comfortable and convenient for a long ski weekend. The building and our unit were well maintained and clean. The exception being the hot tub closest to our unit was closed for repairs. Staff was nice and the shuttle drivers were really helpful and friendly. The units are not well soundproofed so if that bothers you it may not be the place for you. There was no good place in our unit to store wet ski boots and gear like most of the places I’ve stayed in steamboat. The garage parking has only 7ft clearance which meant our suv with Yakima box had to stay outside. The bed was comfy, the pullout couch not so much.

Definite Return Customers

The location of this property was surprisingly convenient. We typically choose ski in/out properties but were having a tough time finding an affordable option in Steamboat. WOW, we are SO happy we chose this property instead. The shuttle service is easy, quick and makes it equal to being ski in/out. They picked us up at our door and dropped us off as close to the gondola as possible. I can't imagine staying slopeside would have saved us any "steps" to the lift. The rooms were exceptionally clean and all the kitchen supplies were in perfect condition. I get tired of staying at privately owned units where the standards of cleanliness and the condition of the supplies can be very inconsistent. I would not hesitate to recommend staying at this property. FYI- If you call the main desk, they will bring you board games, cards and puzzles.
