"I stayed at this home while I was relocating to the Charlotte area. Everything about the home was so welcoming and comfortable. The hosts gave excellent instructions re check in , the furnishings are so pretty and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything I needed. It is in an excellent location, close to the revitalized downtown Mainstreet Morrisville and the surrounding Lake Norman communities. I throughly enjoyed my time exploring the Lake Norman area! "

"University Mill House was the perfect location while attending events at Cabarrus Arena. Susan was so responsive from the initial booking stages and throughout the stay. Immaculately clean, so much attention has been given to details of anything you may need from a sound machine, aromatherapy diffuser, dual kitchen decanter/kcup, fast brew hot water tea pot and every utensil imaginable.
