"Sharpe Tiny House" is a small home with BIG amenities. A fully remodeled home made for VRBO. Every detail was thought of to fit as many comfortable amenities as possible. Instead of staying in a hotel, find a private home with comfortable beds, sheets & pillows along with a fully stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, 3 4k Roku TV's and washer & dryer. Home is small and cozy but stacked and stylish. Located in a great neighborhood in Stateville and close to shopping and downtown.

The Space:
As you walk into the front door you will see the living room with a Twin XL Daybed and Twin XL trundle and couch. Open floor plan to dining room and kitchen.

Kitchen is fully stocked with Keurig coffee & machine, Blender, Stove, Microwave, Fridge, waffle maker, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils and much more. Kitchen is a stacked as it can be. In the back is laundry room with washer/dryer & detergent free.

Back door has small concrete patio with outdoor table and gas grill.

To the left of living room is bedroom with queen bed and 55 inch 4k Roku TV. Closet has board games as needed and blankets for daybeds/trundle in living room.

Bathroom with full tub and shower is beautifully remodeled with comfortable towels, free shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

The final bedroom is a small bedroom with the same daybed and trundle as in the master bedroom. Another 55 inch 4k TV along with wardrobe to hang closes in room. Up to 2 pets allowed with a $75 pet fee.

Guest Access:
Entire home and backyard is yours to enjoy. Only a small cleaning closet is locked.

Interaction with Guests:
We are local so if you need anything just message! Ring security camera is located at entrance door for safety. No cameras inside anywhere.
